Office of the Borough Clerk
New Jersey statute identifies the Municipal Clerk as the Secretary of the governing body, the Secretary of the Municipal Corporation, the Administrative and Licensing officer and the Election Administrator
The Borough Clerk acts as a liaison to the public and correspondent on behalf of the Governing Body. The Clerk's office is responsible for maintaining all Resolutions and Ordinances. The Office also handles requests for information, permits and vital records, including marriage, birth and death certificates.
