BUS SERVICE - The Borough operates a bus to provide transportation for senior citizens to doctor appointments and shopping. The bus runs every weekday except Thursdays. Call 609-929-7412 at least 24 hours in advance.

COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS
The 1st Quarter Tax grace period has been extended to February 29th. This is an estimated tax bill. Please call 856-573-6203 if you have any questions.

Borough offices will be closed Mon., Feb. 20th for Presidents Day;
but trash will be picked up on Monday.

Please do not put leaves or brush in the gutter as leaf and brush pickup is over for the season. We will begin picking up leaves and brush again on April 1st.

Fresh & Free - Beginning December 6th, fresh fruits, vegetables, and other food items will be given away at no charge to Lawnside residents; this will occur at the parking lot on Charleston Avenue across from the Wayne Bryant Community Center. Food will be distributed every Tuesday from 1:00 to 1:30 pm for seniors/disabled veterans and from 1:30 to 2:30 for all others. This program is sponsored by the MVP! Foundation through CodeBlue ComeUnity Development. MVP! is a grassroots organization and is pleased to offer this service to Lawnside residents. If you have questions, please call 215-200-2450.

LEF, now just over two years old, is continuing its efforts to raise $50,000 this school year to refurbish the library (we're half-way there).
