The FDA has sent a warning regarding Lead in Cinnamon Sold at Dollar Tree, Family Dollar and Dollar Tree, etc. This has been sent by the Green and Healthy Homes Initiative   Dollar Tree and Family Dollar according to the article below has taken the products off the shelves.  The recommendation is to throw out the products and that Dollar Tree and Family customers can return products to nearby stores for a refund.
