LEGAL NOTICE OF
REMOTE PUBLIC MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a remote hearing, as described below, will be held on January 25, 2021, regarding the application of the undersigned, VCC Lawnside Business Park  Urban Renewal, LLC ("VCC"), to the Planning Board of the Borough of Lawnside for amended preliminary and final major site plan approval to utilize a I . 15 acre portion of property known as Block 601 , Lot 3 on the Lawnside Borough Tax Maps, as a staging area for the construction of a previously approved warehouse/offlce flex building and related site infrastructure including loading areas, trailer and car parking areas, and stormwater management facilities, on premises known as Block 601, Lot 1. Both lots are located in the vicinity of a future public right-of-way, to be known as Walter A. Gaines Way in the Borough of Lawnside and located within Area 2 of the Oak Avenue Redevelopment Area.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that this matter has been placed on the agenda of the Lawnside Borough Planning Board for January 25, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., which will be a REMOTE MEETING. The agenda for the January 25, 2021 meeting may be reviewed on the Borough website www.Lawnside.net 
AGAIN, THIS MEETING WILL TAKE PLACE REMOTELY - BY VIDEO CONFERENCE OR TELEPHONE ONLY. Anyone interested in joining the meeting may connect either through the internet, which will provide an audio feed and a video feed for those with a camera-ready device, or by calling in by telephone, which will provide only an audio feed. Members of the public will be able to participate personally, or through an attorney, and may question witnesses and/or offer comments or objections to this application and the relief sought. The Chairperson of the Board will invite individual members of the public to ask questions or offer comments during each application, with access controlled by a monitor.
