NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that The Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Lawnside will hold a SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 AT 7:00 P.M. The purpose of the meeting is for hearing oral argument related to Petitioners’ appeal of the July 30, 2020 decision of the Borough’s Zoning Board of Adjustment regarding the prior grant of Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval and “c” and “d” Variances related to the proposed reconfiguration of the 69/13 kilovolts (kV) Lawnside Substation located at 407 Pine Avenue (also called Pine Street). The Resolution and supporting documents at issue are available for inspection at the Borough Website, https://www.lawnside.net. 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE due to Governor Murphy’s State of Emergency declaration in New Jersey regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the hearing will be held electronically using the Zoom meeting platform. The Governing Body shall convene its public hearing at 7:00 P.M. electronically by using the Zoom meeting platform.
